It feels like luanma is also viewing the worker-and-peasant soldiers through the bourgeois theory of human nature, as if seeking personal gain were simply part of human nature. The moment the People’s Army, which originally served the masses, was forced to kill and set fires, it immediately became corrupted and degenerated after tasting the sweetness of oppressing others. It is said that the People’s Army degenerated because it carried out such reactionary acts, but every concrete practice is guided by the worldview of a particular class. How could a revolutionary army that had undergone revolutionary training and was guided by Marxism willingly carry out such reactionary actions without resisting? Even some petty-bourgeois soldiers in the U.S. imperialist army have felt anger and remorse over being forced by U.S. imperialism to massacre the Vietnamese people, repenting for their crimes. Just two years ago, a U.S. soldier named Aaron Bushnell immolated himself in protest against U.S. imperialist support for Israel’s massacre of the people of Gaza. Statements like luanma’s are nothing but slander against the worker-and-peasant army, as though a revolutionary army would actually be happy to massacre the masses.

Actually, when I first saw the garbled text, I also felt that something was wrong. I was deeply shocked that, in the mouth of “乱码,” the People’s Sons and Daughters soldiers had so casually been turned into bandit soldiers like the Japanese invaders. To think, from the perspective of bourgeois theories of human nature, that soldiers from worker and peasant families could so easily degenerate is truly unimaginable. After making reactionary bourgeois statements, the association subjected its own serious mistakes to severe criticism. Many comrades, especially Fenghuo, have patiently criticized and helped me, hoping that I would recognize my mistakes. At first, I was still possessed by a reactionary intellectual-capital mindset, resisting acknowledging my mistakes and unwilling to admit that I had in fact taken a position on the side of the bourgeoisie, using the banner of Marxism to oppose Marxism. But with the comrades’ help, I ultimately realized just how egregious it was for me to say such things, and how seriously they could damage the reputation of the association and of Marxism. I am currently writing my self-criticism, and I will definitely finish it and post it on the forum today, giving all the comrades on the forum an account.
