ㅤㅤPolitical commentary is the expression of opinions on social phenomena from a certain political standpoint. Politics is the struggle between classes, so political commentary naturally also has class character. Different classes and groups stand on different class positions and make political comments that serve their class interests. It must be pointed out that politics is not, as some bourgeois vulgar ideas understand it, merely bourgeois vote politics or court struggles among a few “big figures” and various political parties. Marx and Engels pointed out that “all class struggles are political struggles” [1], “absolutely abandoning politics is impossible… the question is only how to engage in politics and what kind of politics to engage in” [2]. Therefore, the emergence of all social phenomena is the result of class struggle, and they cannot be separated from the scope of politics, and therefore all fall within the scope of political commentary and should be involved in it.

Art and literature are a kind of ideology within the realm of the superstructure of society’s思想文化. Its characteristic is to reflect certain social life through concrete images, and through these specific images to embody the understanding of the social life essence by certain artistic creators, while also reflecting the thoughts, feelings, desires, and ideals of the artistic creators. ㅤㅤTheoretical struggle is a form of class struggle alongside political and economic struggles.
